Sam is the person who quietly keeps the entire operation moving.

He works closely with suppliers to secure high-quality products, monitors stock so we never run out, and solves the small issues before they ever reach your doorstep.

Half the time, Sam’s helping customers. The other half, he’s solving problems and keeping the CEO’s ideas running in the right direction

His goal is simple: make things smooth for you, and make sure your dog always gets the meals they love.

As Warehouse Manager, Rosie always makes sure customers get exactly what they ordered, when they need it.

Rosie keeps the warehouse running efficiently, checking every box, every label, and every delivery schedule to make sure you and your dog are never left waiting.

When customers have questions or have some problems, Rosie is usually the first to sort it out quickly and calmly.
