Please note that all orders are processed Monday through Thursday to ensure the freshness and quality of your pet's meals. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday. This allows us to guarantee that your order is delivered in optimal condition. Thank you for understanding! Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • All orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after dispatch :- Orders placed before 1pm are eligible for same day dispatch.

Shipping Costs:

  • Enjoy Free Shipping Across the UK on All Orders – No Minimum Purchase!

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 1pm on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders will be processed Monday to Thursday ONLY.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly through our website or the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, damaged goods, or missing items, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will work swiftly to resolve any problems. Raw Direct is not liable and accepts no responsibility for orders that have been diverted or left in a safe place therefore please ensure somebody is available to accept your delivery.
