At Raw Direct, we work hard to get your order out quickly and in great condition across the United Kingdom. Our dispatch days are Monday to Thursday, with occasional Saturday and Sunday dispatches when needed.

Order Cut-off:

  • Orders placed before 11am are processed for dispatch that day.
  • Orders placed after 11am go out on the next available dispatch day.
  • Orders placed after 11am on Thursday are processed the following Monday.

Delivery Times:

  • Once dispatched, delivery is typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Costs:

  • Enjoy free shipping across the UK on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly through our website or the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping:

  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Please note that under no circumstances should the delivery be rearranged directly with DPD.

As the products are perishable, they must be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. If a delivery is rescheduled through DPD, this can result in the parcel spending additional time in the courier network, causing the contents to defrost.

Should a delivery be rearranged by the customer and the goods arrive thawed or unsuitable for use, we will not be able to accept liability or offer compensation.
