Stobart Raw Mix 26 pairs a 26 roll variety mix with 10 natural rabbit ears, so your dog gets a rotation of complete raw meals plus a good chew for in between.
Every roll is a complete 80/10/10 meal of meat, bone and offal. Flavours vary from box to box depending on what's in stock when we pack your order, so we can't guarantee any particular flavour.
The rabbit ears are air dried to keep their natural flavour. They're high in protein and low in fat, help keep teeth clean through chewing, and with 10 in the pack you've always got one on hand for training or a reward.
To feed: thaw the rolls in the fridge before serving and use within 3 days once defrosted. Don't refreeze once thawed. Rabbit ears can be given whole as an occasional chew, and it's best to supervise while your dog eats them.
Switching to raw
Some dogs switch straight over to raw with no trouble. Others do better with a gradual change over about a week, especially if they have a sensitive stomach. Stools often look different at first and usually settle within a couple of weeks.
How much to feed
Adult dogs need around 2 to 3% of their ideal body weight a day, in one or two meals. Start at about 2% and adjust from there: a little more for very active dogs, a little less if they start putting on weight. You should be able to feel your dog's ribs without seeing them.
Puppies need 2 to 3% of their expected adult weight a day, split into more meals: four or more under 4 months, three from 4 to 6 months, then two from 6 months.
Keeping it safe
Defrost raw food in the fridge, not on the side, and use it within 48 hours. Never feed cooked bones, as they can splinter. Always supervise your dog while they eat, and wash bowls, surfaces and your hands after handling raw food.
